On Arrival at the Airport.
You will be met by our driver who will stand on the left outside the arrivals building holding a board with your name on it. He will stop enroute to the apartment to enable you to purchase some basic provisions for breakfast the next morning. The journey will take 45 minutes.

On Arrival at the Apartment.
Delia our agent or an associate will meet you at the apartment to let you in. There is a safe for valuables and a booklet in the safe gives instruction on use. Delia will show you how it works and will also show you how the doors on the terrace fold back. Delia will explain everything to you and answer any questions.

Facilities.
The apartment is well-equipped to an high standard and contains everything we think you will need during your stay. Apartment Casablanca is equipped with a Bose stereo sound system, a VCR and TV with 56 channels. Linen, house and beach towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are all provided. In addition, there is a fully equipped laundry next to the pool if you require it. There is a telephone and fax for your use (for local calls) and it also received international calls. Numbers will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Car Hire.
If you intend to hire a car, we recommend “Stoutes Car Rental” www.stoutescar.com If you pre-book before your holidays, and mention our address, you will receive a discount. They will bring the car to the apartment and, on departure, the car can be collected from the apartment or left at the airport. If you know the island, you may prefer to pick the car up from the airport, and this too, can be arranged. Stoutes will supply you with the necessary Barbados driving permit.

Security.
We have never experienced any problem whilst at Casablanca. The apartment is fitted with a safe and we do recommend that you leave your expensive jewellery at home, and always keep valuable, money and passports in the safe.

Departure.
Check out time is normally 12 noon, however, if there are no incoming guests that day, you are welcome to stay until it is time to leave for the airport.
